XOventure has successfully raised capital from private, venture and public sources. Our expertise is to make the company attractive by creating real shareholder value. Every year we lead capital rounds of between $1 M  to $ 500 M to life science companies. In 2010 XOventure optimized 9 biotech companies and several medtech companies for new investment and later partnering.

Our experience is that it may be easy to build company hype and bring in a high amount of cash, but second and third round financing becomes more difficult, when one suddenly presents more "realistic" expectations. XOventure works on creating value, rather than hype – a sound business will always be financed even in hard times.
