XOventure has a track record in recruiting, building and training the right team. We are neither a recruitment company nor an HR company; thus we mostly use our vast network for such tasks, including selected headhunters around the world and top coaches applying a range of methods. Our expertise is to recognize and define the profile of team and/or board and place the right individuals together and the right support around them to secure further development.
