We are a group of international top professionals, who share the passion for our industry, a certain entrepreneurial "gene" and the joy in high performance and delivery of results. Most of us have successfully performed in executive positions in Pharma and/or Biotech and have also worked independently in our own right to make a difference to the industry we love and believe in.

Not just another consultant firm - we see ourselves as operational consultants, going in and joining "hands-on" the operational efforts of the companies for a time to add value and help deliver a success. We believe that a secret to this is our work in cross-functional teams of true experts.

We enjoy working with projects and companies that we can take a certain mental or literal ownership in - and helping others; thus we are not ex-Pfizer VIPs that once used to be great and now do some consulting, while hoping to be hired back into a large company position and re-live the good old corporate glider days.
